I just recently found Rocko's Modern Life online... This was one of my fave shows growing up and still today makes me laugh! There is a large amount of "adult" jokes placed throughout the episodes... Its actually pretty amusing. This made me think though.What is the best cartoon from my childhood era? Here is the list as of follows.
